Masala Dosa

Masala dosa is usually one of the unanimous choice made by any South Indian, during restaurant visits for some tiffin. The beautiful thin crispy dosa with ghee and the aroma of the hot potato masala inside, when served along with any chutney and sambar is heavenly to taste. The masala can be made according to indivual taste and peas can also be added while cooking the masala. The masala is usually versatile when made a bit more and can be used along as a side dish for puri or for making potato bhaji’s / pakoras the next day. If the masala dosa needs to be spicy it is smeared with garlic powder , idli powder or chutney powder before the masala is added to the dosa. Enjoy the dosa with chutney and sambar.
